Any other use of the Site or the Site Content, without the prior written permission of BLE, is strictly prohibited and will terminate the license granted herein. The Site may include discussion forums, blogs, profiles, product reviews or other interactive features or areas, including BLE's online community (collectively, "Interactive Areas"), in which you or other users create, post, transmit or store any content, such as text, music, sound, photos, video, graphics or code on the Site ("User Content"). User Content is publicly-viewable and includes your profile information and any content you post pursuant to your profile, but it does not include your BLE account information (also known as "Your BLE Online Account" or "Your Account") or information you submit in order to make a purchase. BARN LIGHT ELECTRIC COMPANY® takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content posted, stored or uploaded by you or any third party or for any loss or damage thereto, nor is BLE liable for any mistakes, defamation, slander, libel, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, pornography or profanity you may encounter. If you become aware of User Content that violates these Terms (with the exception of copyright and trademark infringement which is addressed in the above sections), you may report it by emailing us. Enforcement of the Terms, however, is solely in our discretion and the absence of enforcement of these Terms in some instances does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce the Terms in other instances. In addition, these Terms do not create any private right of action on the part of any third party or any reasonable expectation or promise that the Site will not contain any content that is prohibited by such Terms. Although BLE has no obligation to screen, edit or monitor any of the User Content posted on the Site, BLE reserves the right, and has absolute discretion, to remove, screen or edit any User Content posted or stored on the Site at any time and for any reason without notice, and you are solely responsible for creating backup copies and replacing any User Content you post or store on the Site at your sole cost and expense.
Any use of the Site in violation of these Terms may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use the Interactive Areas and/or the Site. Any such references do not imply that such products will be made available outside the United States. If you access and use BarnLight.com, or our affiliate websites outside the United States you are responsible for complying with your local laws and regulations. RIGHTS IN USER CONTENT and SUBMISSIONS
Except as otherwise provided herein, on the Site or in a separate agreement (such as the rules of a BLE contest), BLE claims no ownership or control over any User Content. Either we or you may end this agreement with or without cause or prior notice. Notwithstanding any of these Terms, BARN LIGHT ELECTRIC COMPANY® reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your right to use the Site or any portion of the Site, revoke any or all of your rights granted under the Terms of Use; and we shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all password(s) and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of this BarnLight.com or our affiliate websites, in whole or in part and/or to block or prevent your future access to and use of the Site or any portion of the Site.
SEVEREABILITY
If any provision of these Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

RISK OF LOSS

Barn Light Electric Company® attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Barn Light Electric Company® does not warrant that product descriptions, information, dimensions, finishes, pricing, product videos, or all other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Barn Light Electric Company® itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to obtain a Return Goods Authorization form (RGA), return it in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit BarnLight.com or communicate with us via e-mail, you are communicating with us electronically. You in turn consent to receive communications or replies from us electronically. We will communicate with you by the e-mail provided. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
ELIGIBILITY, REGISTRATION, and ACCOUNT

BarnLight.com or our affiliate websites may be accessed from countries other than the United States. Our websites may contain products or references to products that are not available outside of the United States. Any such references do not imply that such products will be made available outside the United States. If you access and use BarnLight.com, or our affiliate websites outside the United States you are responsible for complying with your local laws and regulations. RIGHTS IN USER CONTENT and SUBMISSIONS
Except as otherwise provided herein, on the Site or in a separate agreement (such as the rules of a BLE contest), BLE claims no ownership or control over any User Content. However, by submitting User Content to BLE or posting User Content on the Site you grant BLE and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such User Content on the Site and on third-party sites. If you choose to remove your User Content, the license granted above will automatically expire; however, you acknowledge that there may be exceptions. Either we or you may end this agreement with or without cause or prior notice. Notwithstanding any of these Terms, BARN LIGHT ELECTRIC COMPANY® reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your right to use the Site or any portion of the Site, revoke any or all of your rights granted under the Terms of Use; and we shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all password(s) and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of this BarnLight.com or our affiliate websites, in whole or in part and/or to block or prevent your future access to and use of the Site or any portion of the Site.
SEVEREABILITY
If any provision of these Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Barn Light Electric Company® are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please review our Shipping Policy for more information.
PRODUCT & CATEGORY DESCRIPTIONS/TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
Barn Light Electric Company® attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Barn Light Electric Company® does not warrant that product descriptions, information, dimensions, finishes, pricing, product videos, or all other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Barn Light Electric Company® itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to obtain a Return Goods Authorization form (RGA), return it in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Please review our Return Policy for more information.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Barn Light Electric Company® shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Barn Light Electric Company® shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
